Fringe Pencil Skirt is just rocking fashion world now. From Kendall Jenner to Tamara Mellon. I am not exception. I fell in love with suede fringe skirt at first sight. Just then I realized that it is not that easy to style it. I was going through my wardrobe and just couldn’t decide what to wear with it. So in the end I chose black blouse as Jenner Kendall did. Oh no not the same as I am not a fan of cropped tops, but I kept it black with a little white colour touch.
