Transforming an empty roof space into a beautiful and functional living area is one of the most rewarding home improvements. This project has been an incredible journey from concept to completion, combining elegant design with clever storage and high quality finishes. Every corner of this loft has been thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed to make the most of the available space.
One of the main highlights of this renovation is the bespoke wardrobe that fills the entire wall. Every inch has been used efficiently, creating a flawless built in look that blends perfectly with the rest of the room. Through the main wardrobe door there is a hidden section with plenty of storage shelves and drawers. Some of the doors were finished with glass panels and golden handles, adding a touch of luxury and lightness to the space.
We even used the narrowest corner to install custom shoe drawers, and included jewellery drawers to keep everything neatly organised. The wardrobes were designed and installed by Fitted Wardrobes who did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship made all the difference.
The new ensuite bathroom was another exciting part of this renovation. Everything from the tiles to the taps, from the shower to the vanity sink, came from Easy Bathrooms. The goal was to create a French inspired style that feels elegant yet inviting, and the results are simply stunning. The soft tones, the delicate details, and the quality of each piece made the space both beautiful and practical.
For the flooring throughout the loft, we chose Direct Wood Flooring. The quality of the floor is exceptional, and unlike our downstairs flooring, it does not squeak at all. The herringbone pattern brings warmth and sophistication, creating a timeless base for the rest of the interior.
To flood the loft with natural light and enjoy wonderful views, we installed sliding balcony doors from The Ken Rhodes Group. The installation was quick and seamless, and the result is breathtaking. The doors glide smoothly and open up the entire space, connecting the indoors with the outdoors in the best possible way.
And finally, no loft conversion is complete without a reliable air conditioning system. We chose Urban Cooling to install an air con unit that keeps the room perfectly comfortable all year round. It is ideal for hot summer days and keeps the space cosy during winter months.
This loft renovation has been a true transformation. Every detail, from the bespoke wardrobes to the elegant bathroom and the quality finishes, came together to create a space that is stylish, practical, and full of character.
